If you made a batch of 10, you’ll need about 6 tbsp of the mix per meal prep made ONLY with this seasoning. Start with less, then add more as needed to taste. Best to use sea salt – NOT iodized.
Otherwise, you can add this to other meals as they call for it. Start slow and add more to taste.
You can use this to make fast Mexican Rice, and even for fajitas, rubs, marinades, stews and soups. Tons of applications.
How To Make It Delishier
Ingredients Rachel’s Special Spice Mix – For 1 Or For Batch Of 10
2 1/2 tbs chili powder (1.5 cups + 1 tsp for 10)
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder (5 tbsp for 10)
3/4 tsp onion powder (2 1/2 tbs for 10)
3/4 tsp oregano (2 1/2 tbs for 10)
1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (5 tbsp for 10)
1 1/2 tbs cumin (5 tbsp for 10)
2 1/2 tsp sea salt (1/2 cup for 10)
1 tsp pepper (3 tbsp + 1 tsp for 10)
