This recipe is for 6-8 servings. If you want it without the creaminess, just omit the mayo. If you want it more creamy, then add more mayo! You can adjust the spices to suit your taste buds. This is a basic recipe and is very versatile. TIP: It’s also great for a seafood pasta salad! Add tuna, and/or crab meat, radishes, and more greated parmesan cheese. Chives and/or onions too. Green onions add great color and a bit of a zing.
